Train Your Body with Body Training Systems

If you've been out of the "group ex" loop for a while, you may not be familiar with BTS or Body Training Systems. Developed by fitness experts with decades of experience, our women’s body training systems start with group exercise classes designed to make people move. Ultimately, isn't that why we take classes — to motivate us, burn calories, and reach our fitness goals in a fun, social atmosphere?

Carolina Woman knows that group fitness works only as well as the programming behind it, which is why we offer seven BTS programs at our Lake Norman facility, with easy access from Huntersville, Birkdale, and North Charlotte. Each program is carefully designed to deliver fun and effective social exercise, free from barriers like experience, age or fitness level.

Group Power — This 60-minute barbell program strengthens all major muscles with basic athletic moves such as squats, lunges, presses and curls.

Group Centergy — A 60-minute journey of yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi movements to increase flexibility, balance and strength.

Group Ride — Join our 60-minute journey to burn major calories and increase cardio-respiratory capacity.

Group Active — A versatile, 60-minute class that incorporates all elements of fitness: cardio, strength, balance and flexibility training.

Group Kick — A fusion of martial arts and boxing movements, this 60-minute class will kick your cardio to the next level while defining your body.

Group Step — A 60-minute cardio class that utilizes a platform to shape your body one step at a time.

Group Groove — A 60-minute fusion of club, urban and Latin dance styles with motivating, chart-topping hits and retro classic tunes.

All Carolina Woman BTS instructors teach the same choreography, so no matter which BTS class you take, you can expect consistent, memorable steps set to professionally mixed, upbeat music. Combine your favorite BTS classes with our freestyle classes for superb cross-training!
