At Carolina Woman, women’s weight management has very little to do with actual weight. In fact, what the scale says is only a small indicator of fitness. Instead, we focus on body composition, or the ratio of muscle to fat. In simple terms, we help our members decrease body fat while increasing muscle mass. And trust us, ladies, muscle looks marvelous! You needn’t worry that you’ll “bulk up” with our programs; females simply don’t produce enough testosterone to create the same muscle mass as men.

Carolina Woman's Skinny Jeans Program
This eight-week total body makeover program is designed for those who want real results fast, and want them to last. Expect to turn the healthy habits learned during this program into a new lifestyle. Compliant participants are guaranteed to lose up to two pant sizes in just two months.

A FREE Fitness Assessment is required to ensure the participant meets basic fitness requirements.

The program includes:

  • Unlimited use of the club and group exercise classes for eight weeks
  • Initial pre-assessment with fitness coach and a "before" photo
  • 16 standardized 50-minute semi-private strength sessions led by a certified fitness coach (2 per week), scheduled at your convenience
