ONE-ON-ONE Membership $189/mo x 12 months

One time enrollment fee of $49

This membership is for those who desire one on one training sessions facilitated by a variety of certified fitness coaches. This membership is recommended to those that want and/or need undivided attention from a fitness coach, a customized workout programs to meet their fitness goals and accountability. Membership includes:

  • 5 One on One personal training sessions per month (sessions do NOT rollover)



SMALL GROUP UNLIMITED Membership $139/mo x 12 months

*No Contract* Small Group Unlimited Membership $175/mo

**Introductory offer**

One time enrollment fee of $49

This membership is for those that desire a new exercise workout every day and is recommended for those that enjoy small group dynamics, more social environment and create accountability partners. Training sessions are offered at members’ convenience.  Membership includes:

  • Unlimited Semi-Private coaching sessions (small groups of 2-4 members)



SMALL GROUP LIMITED Membership $99/mo x 12 months

*No Contract* Small Group Limited Membership $125/mo

This membership is for those who want to improve flexibility, agility, and economy of motion through Mind Body Practices as well as Interval Training. Focus on fine-tuning body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement with Mat Pilates, Yoga, Qigong, and Meditation or also participate in a high energy, team atmosphere while boosting overall fat loss and cardiovascular fitness endurance. Interval Training (IT) consists of bursts of intense activity with intervals of recovery and lighter activity.  Participants rotate through resistance and cardio exercises for a specific duration.  Membership includes:

  • Initial 50-minute fitness assessment with a fitness coach
  • Unlimited Mind Body Sessions
  • Unlimited Interval Training* (IT) sessions



BASIC ACCESS Membership $49/mo. x 12 months

*No Contract* Basic Access Membership $59/mo

One time enrollment fee of $49

This membership is for anyone who simply wants access to the club and group fitness classes. Membership includes:

  • Unlimited Group Exercise classes



SIMPLE ACCESS Membership $39/mo. x 12 months

This membership is for someone who just wants to use the cardio and strength training equipment on their own. Membership includes:
