I joined Carolina Woman Fitness shortly after moving to Davidson, NC from Boston, MA and have been a loyal member for 5 years now. While I have always been an avid runner, Carolina Woman's 8 WEEK PROGRAM that incorporates both regular semi-private resistance training and group interval training, allowed me a unique opportunity to cross-train in a way I'd never done before.  I know participating in regular resistance and interval training classes and my mile time is at a personal best! I am stronger, healthier, and more tone than I was when I ran alone.  In addition to gross muscle strengthening on the floor, the classes offered in Carolina Woman Fitness's new mind-body studio have been invaluable to my improving core strength, flexibility, muscle tone, and sense of self.  What I love most about Carolina Woman Fitness though, in addition to the fitness programing, is the sense of camaraderie shared amongst all of the women who train and work there,  Whether you are 30 or 70 years old, are an athlete or are just getting  started on your fitness goals, we train amongst one another as friends.  We laugh, share, support and celebrate together.  This makes going to the gym easy and something I look forward to every week.

I joined Carolina Woman Fitness a year ago, after reviewing all other facilities in the area.  CWF was by far, the best choice.  I have really enjoyed the classes.  The instructors are great!  They push you to do your best… YOUR best, not anyone else in the class.  They inspire and encourage you to do what you can to make each work-out fit your day, your body, your mood and your level of ability.  Through working with them, I have been able to accomplish my fitness goals of losing a bit of weight, but most importantly, becoming physically and mentally strong.  The program has helped me grow in so many ways!  I have to say, that it is truly the people at CWF that make the difference… the staff and the members.  I have met so many kind and inspirational woman.  Thank you CWF for making such a difference in my life!
