Is this kind of exercise for me?

Carolina Woman Fitness offers a variety of programs that are based around the movements you use to function in your everyday life; squatting, lifting, carrying, running, jumping, throwing … the list goes on.  Even if you are someone who struggles with chronic injuries and recurring health problems, our coaches can modify the movements to suit your needs. Within a workout you will see people lifting at different strength levels, adjusting the movement and the number of reps for their needs, and finishing the workout at different times.  Everyone works out at a level of intensity that is appropriate for their fitness level.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No! Every single member of our gym has different starting points and fitness goals. Small group coaching allows us to ensure that you are working at the right level to reach your potential. Our supportive community also means that there are plenty of others too help you on your way, share their stories, and enable you to reach your goal.

What do Carolina Woman Fitness class's actually look like?

All sessions are led by coaches whose background includes Personal Training, Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Kettlebell and Nutrition certifications. Class numbers are limited from 1-15 people, which is similar to a personal coaching session. We start with a dynamic warm up to mobilize your body which allows you to get the most from each session and not be fatigued before you start.
