My journey was difficult at first, but as I saw my body transform I found myself more eager to exercise and monitor my food intake. "This program has taught me so much. Cardio conditioning and Ab workout that incorporates circuits to build endurance, strength training that is designed to sculpt lean muscle, strengthen the core, increase endurance, and kick-start the metabolism to ignite your fat-burning potential. Intro To Boxing

If you want to start boxing, you may be wondering where to start your training. Boxing is the ultimate workout as it covers everything - strength training, agility, aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, speed, and of course power. The focus of this class is proper execution of technique, balance and how to maximize the effectiveness of striking. This class provides the foundation for students' ultimate progression. This is a Four-week program that will meet every Tuesday at 6:00pm and includes your gloves and wraps. Cost is $59 for members and $79 for Non-members
