Ramp up your Fall with the Pilates and Sculpt EXO chair class! The magic of this workout is in the combination of resistance exercises with their body-shaping, metabolism-raising, and toning potential mixed with the core strengthening and body lengthening of Pilates. Using the Balanced Body EXO chair and resistance bungee cords, we’ll challenge your strength and balance, sculpt your entire body, and have lots of fun! $120 for six weeks. 2 Times Sundays 12:35 pm--begins September 10 and Wednesdays 6:35 pm--begins September 13. Only 3 spots per time slot.

If you want to start boxing, you may be wondering where to start your training. Boxing is the ultimate workout as it covers everything - strength training, agility, aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, speed, and of course power. The focus of this class is proper execution of technique, balance and how to maximize the effectiveness of striking. This class provides the foundation for students' ultimate progression. This is a Four-week program that will meet every Tuesday at 6:00pm and includes your gloves and wraps. Cost is $59 for members and $79 for Non-members
