That's right we are doing a 21 Day shape up to get ready for the Lake! We've designed the 21 Day shape up To Help You Loss the Most Weight and Inches in just 21 Days! Yet there's flexibility in this program so you can adapt it to your schedule and needs. Each week's workout schedule incorporates up to 7 days of training but the program is set up so you could be in the gym as little as 3 days. 

This is how the weight loss challenge works. 

1. You will Get a Starting Point Session to map out the 21 Days

2. No set workout times. 

3. Full Use Of The Club. 

4. Weekly one-on-one meeting to go over your food journal.

5. Weekly weigh in's. 

6. Minimum of 9 workouts in the gym.

7. Use of Carolina Woman Alloy Personal training App loaded with both gym and at home workouts.
