This class is comprised of interval training utilizing treadmill cardio rounds to build cardio endurance and keep burning fat long after the workout is over. Your treadmill intervals may include sprints, hills or both! You will never be bored in this fast-paced, ever-changing class and your body will thank you. 30 Minute Class. All Fitness Levels Welcome.
